Joshua

I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Biochemistry. My undergraduate research focused on wearable biosensors used for wound healing in diabetic patients. This approach to product design and development gave me the desire to further pursue a field in which the impact of medical technology would not be limited in its scope, and this is what the Global Medical Innovation program at Rice seeks to accomplish. Hopefully my experience can help make a lasting impact at Rice and abroad.
